Most business owners lack the time, confidence or desire to maintain their business’s financial records. Failing to maintain these records in real-time leads to missed opportunities, overspending and thinner profit margins.
+ Where are you located?
We are physically located in Shawnee, KS, but because we are a virtual bookkeeping firm, we work with clients throughout the United States!
+ Are you able to work on-site?
We are a virtual bookkeeping firm only. This actually benefits you because it cuts down on your business’s overhead costs!
+ What is the benefit of hiring a virtual bookkeeper?
Hiring a virtual bookkeeper cuts down on your business’s overhead costs. You do not have to pay a 40-hour-weekly salary or wages. There are no sick or vacation days to monitor. You do not have to provide health insurance, pay Workers' comp or pay payroll taxes. We provide you with a flat-rate, value-based package based upon your business’s needs. It’s as simple as that.

+ Is QuickBooks Online required to sign up for Bookkeeping?
Yes. Our team must use QuickBooks Online in order to handle the bookkeeping. QuickBooks Online versions: Essentials, Plus, or Advanced are all acceptable as they contain features needed for us to compile necessary reports. If you have a current subscription, you are ahead of the game. No need to get another subscription. If you do not currently have a subscription, we will assist you to get started. Additionally, we are able to offer 50% off for 12 months to our clients new to QuickBooks Online. We highly recommend signing up for Essentials or Plus to start.
+ How often will I receive financial reports?
We have both quarterly and monthly financial reporting available, depending upon the size and needs of your business. Check out our packages with these details here.
+ What information do I need to share?
Our bookkeeping team will need access to your business bank and credit card accounts in order to efficiently complete your quarterly or monthly financials. Many banks allow for accountant (read-only) access to bank accounts. This access helps us to keep our fees affordable and our efficiency high.
+ How do I know my information is safe?
All client passwords are kept safe through triple-factor-authentication via Zoho Vault.

+ If I have a question, how long does it take to get an email response?
We pride ourselves in being very responsive to our clients’ important inquiries. We strive to respond within 24 hours AT MOST (except over weekends and holidays). If we are very busy, we will respond to let you know we've received your email and will address it shortly.
+ What hours do the bookkeepers and other team members work?
Due to the flexible nature of bookkeeping work, many team members work various hours of the day and night. However, we use standard M-F, 8-5 CST work hours to address emails and phone calls.
+ What qualifications does your team have?
Many of our team members are CPAs and Certified Pro-Advisors. You can rest assured that you are working with the highest quality professionals. We all also belong to a large network of financial professionals, so if there is a question we have not seen before, we have many resources in our back pocket to find an answer for you fast.
+ Do you require a contract?
Nope! No contract is required. However, there are no partial month refunds. We do request 30 days’ notice should you ever need to cancel services.
+ Is an engagement letter required?
Yes, an engagement letter is required. Once your bookkeeping needs are assessed, a signed engagement letter begins services with us.
+ What payment options do you provide?
We process payments via ACH on the 1st of each month, noting that businesses with quarterly services are charged at the beginning of each quarter: Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st, Oct 1st.
+ What happens after I sign up for a bookkeeping package?
Once we assess which bookkeeping package suits your needs, we will send our Engagement Letter for your review. Once the Engagement Letter is signed, we will process your first invoice and begin the onboarding process with our firm. This includes setting up your QuickBooks Online subscription, obtaining accountant access to your bank/credit card statements, and establishing workflows for any additional services you elect. Then we get to work ASAP. We love the opportunity to serve our new clients well!
